Return policy at Plant The Seed Ministries

 

RETURNS

Plant the Seed Ministries will review replacement/return requests only (a) if there will be missing or broken Product (b) if Plant the Seed Ministries receive a complaint within 14 days from the day that the Product was delivered to the Customer (or within 14 days after the estimated delivery date, if the Product is missing).


Returns Criteria:
You may return a product if it has a manufacturing defect or it was damaged during shipping. Any returned product must be currently in print and in saleable condition with any tags intact. Returns must be completed within 14 days of purchase.
Before you can return an item, all the steps below must be followed:

1.The product must meet the returns criteria above

2.Liason with our Customer support team must occur within 1 weeks time


Non-returnable Items:
• Sales of electronic downloadable files, membership enrollment and preorders are final and are not refundable.

• A CD or DVD may not be returned if the media has been opened.

• Made-to-order products and Online Courses and Media
Other restrictions may apply

Replacements:
If the Item is returned within 14 days purchase and fits the returns criteria, the item will be replaced. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return products.
What if the The wrong physical product was sent to me? You may return the product for a replacement if you have not opened and removed the wrap from the product.


Cancellations:
An order for an item that is in stock or ready to ship cannot be cancelled after it is placed.

Refund Process:
To request a return/refund, please email us at orders@planttheseedministries.org. When we grant a request, to insure the accurate and timely processing of your returned items, please include a note with your name and billing information listing the items being returned and the reason for the return. Please pack your items securely and choose a return shipping method that allows for package tracking, such as UPS or insured Parcel Post.


The return address for items may differ, please see the label attached to package you received. If you cannot find it or are not sure, please contact us.
Please note: Products returned with a damaged tag or without the original security tag attached will not qualify for a refund.
